MAUI, HAWAII, U.S.A.

If you are looking for a romantic, relaxing and safe adventurous getaway, Maui, Hawaii, is the the destination for you. This island is absolutely magnificent, delicious foods, friendly people, scenic nature, fabulous beaches and breathtaking sunsets.
The Kapalua Ritz-Carlton is a beachfront luxury hotel resort surrounded by beautiful landscaping with an upscale Polynesian like decoration and a beautiful golf course. Staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel and pool are very quiet, well kept and very clean. We stayed in a suite that was absolutely exquisite, luxurious and beautiful. This property offers access to their Concierge Lounge for an additional fee, the best lounge we’ve ever visited so far. This is an outstanding and top notch hotel.

Mama’s Fish House is a very popular and busy restaurant. Once you eat there, you’ll understand why. The restaurant's environment is very tropical and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and landscaping, next to their Inn and on the beach. Food is absolutely fresh and delicious! Staff is not so friendly, simple tropical decorations and comfortable prices.

Locate in the Kihei Town Center. A very fun and popular place. One of the best sushi restaurants ever, delicious fresh sushi and excellent service. The sushi is prepared at a perfect temperature, that it melts in your mouth. Saturday nights after 10pm the menu is half price and Karaoke. Can’t beat the live entertainment, easy on the pocket prices and perfectly made sushi.

Expect to find quite a few of these around the island. Mexican cuisine, not the best food, but a place to go when extremely hungry and want something fast. We had fish tacos with rice and beans, You do get to mix and match the foods that you prefer and add any sauce of your choice from the salad bar. Definitely better than other fast food restaurants, the food at Maui Tacos is at least fresh.

You can’t go wrong with Ruth’s Chris, if you want good steak and delicious sides. We visited both locations on the island and they were not consistent. One was a major disappointment serving us cold and overcooked steaks. The Wailea location brought life back to Ruth’s Chris with great service and excellent steaks with sides.

Fun steak house with Australian decorations. The Kihei location was outstanding, excellent steaks, sides, appetizers and fantastic service, just what we’de expect from Outback, a great place to eat and relax. Usually very consistent across the board with their food and services, except the Lahaina location, which was a total disaster from the lobster, steak to management, they didn't have a clue about food or customer service.

Very well know and popular bar/restaurant with music influenced decoration of famous musicians. Food was terrible from oil drenched appetizers to, terrible steaks and poorly cooked pasta. Best part was the great and friendly service and desserts.

This is a very popular and highly recommended bakery. The bakery is very old, walking in there felt like a blast from the past. The Asian ladies attending were nice. We ordered the creme puffs which were tasteless and donuts were hard with good taste. Maybe we can have better luck next time.

Located in the Kapalua resort area, high ceilings, a little bit of everything, wooden floors, take out hearty hawaiian food. Always busy with a crowd waiting in line to pay, picnic tables outside always full. They offer basic, delicious, cheap and bountiful amounts of food. Our favorite was heavily marinated and flavorful chicken with white rice, which they gave you a full container of. The most economical place to eat in Maui with excellent daily specials.

The Concierge Lounge or Executive Level Lounge is available for breakfast and evening Hors d'oeuvres. The Lounge is not a restaurant where you get served, rather the guest selects from a few variety of foods like a small buffet. However, this Concierge Lounge serves high quality foods and desserts, you get to meet the chefs and discuss their exquisite dishes. It is well deserved of the extra expense.

The Banyan Tree restaurant located in the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua Restort. This was not one of our usual visits, we were special guests. Great friendly staff and a very romantic ambiance. We met with the chef, who was really nice and did a great job at putting together a dinner menu for us. Out of everything we tried, we enjoyed the seared scallops, the Volcano lamb shank and the Snake River Kobe beef ribeye, all mentioned were very good.

Paia Fish Market is a Maui Staple, if we could give this place 10 stars it would definitely deserve it. Their fish burger platers are to die for, there are no words to describe the eclectic delicious succulent flavors that goes into their food. Prices are almost cheap comparing to the chunks of fresh fish they give you. It’s a small restaurant, always packed and waiting in line makes it all worth it. Sitting next to strangers is common. Excellent place to grab a quick bite to eat. No matter how many times we went there, we still wanted more. Food was consistently perfect.

A very popular restaurant. Nice restaurant with a fun crowd. Friendly staff. Food was bland, pasta undercooked, shrimp parmesan lacked flavors we expected from Italian cuisine. Food was so bad we took it to go. They do have the most delicious breads with cheese and herbs they serve on the table when you are first seated. We did go back and ordered their specialty bread to go.

The Greek Village
The most delicious Greek food i have ever had many in years. This is not a fancy elegant restaurant, it is simple, calm and very clean and for me this important. The service is excellent and now let’s discuss the food. The food quality is incredibly delicious, clean, fresh, delicious and excellent portions. This restaurant is always full or packed with wait time during the weekends, best time to visit is weekdays before 1pm. I have not tried everything on their menu, but everything we have tried has been perfectly cooked and delicious.
Giselle’s THE GREEK VILLAGE favorites....
Their baked pita is outstanding, warm with olive oil essence. The lightest and freshest cucumber yogurt sauce (tzatziki) i have ever had, honestly the most delicious. The most delicious stuffed grape leaves (dolmadakia) i have ever had, soft, delicious with excellent flavors. Excellent spinach and cheese pie (spanakopita) and fried zucchini with garlic dip (kolokithakia). Excellent salads. And my absolute favorite is their grilled seafood platter which is super delicious if you love seafood, which by the way, the most tender seafood that meats in your mouth, this dish includes yellow rice, grilled vegetables with grilled seafood on top, shrimp, calamari and octopus. For dessert they have some delicious options from rice pudding, custards to baklava, which is very delicious as well. This is a restaurant that cares about quality in their food with a tight menu. Their menu is perfectly balanced, not too many options where you can go crazy, but enough options for vegetarians, seafood lovers and lamb lovers and everyone is happy. Perfect noise level with beautiful Greek music playing and delicious home cooked meals aromas. Kali Orexi! Peace, Love & Hugs Giselle Trujillo

AYARA PRODUCTS
Ayara Products is not just another brand with Thai branding, they are authentic Thai family tradition flavors. Ayara is an actual Thai cuisine restaurant in Los Angeles, California, where the owners turned their passionate family recipes and shared them in their restaurant, and as any great restaurant serving delicious foods with a great following and much request for their sauces, they began crafting their top sauces and bottled them under AYARA products for retail. AYARA products Thai sauces are also selling in Chelsea Market Basket in New York. These sauces are crafted in California with traditional Thai family recipes from fresh and local ingredients. Shelf life is short for the obvious reasons of fresh ingredients and this is exactly what you want if you are want to consume the essence of home cooked meals and vegetarian friendly. I love the clean simplicity of their packaging, very organic, colorful and memorable. I tried their Thai Peanut Sauce and honestly very impressed how fresh this exotic sauce taste. This sauce is so fresh with plenty of chopped peanuts and herbs. This is as close as it will get as if i made my own sauces in my kitchen. This sauce is so delicious and goes well as a dip, spread or and marinate, the possibilities are endless. This is my favorite Thai Sauce company. What i also love about AYARA PRODUCTS is that they also suggest a simple way to use the sauces, witch is great when using exotic sauces. I love, love, love the balance of exotic flavors this AYARA Thai peanut sauce carries, a balance of sweet, thick peanut sauce with flavors that develop as you eat. Gin Kaho!
