Classic cars are beautiful, timeless and very unique in stye. Beside, they will never come back, no matter how close they get a car to look classic, the paint and materials used back then are not available today, at least legal. When you are serious about a car, even if you have done great homework, do not assume you know it all. And even if you are going to purchase a friends classic car, do not trust anyone. Always take a professional with you. Your friends, will often tell you what you want to hear and you will fail to ask proper question, because you trust them. Try to not to do business with friends or family, those situations never turn out pleasant. In either cases, you must rely on the services of a professional. Unless you are an experienced classic cars mechanic, this rule of thumb applies to you.
